1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg (or 1/4 cup egg beaters)
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl. Drop spoonfuls on to an ungreased baking sheet about an inch apart. Flatten dough with a fork making a cross-hatch on the top. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges are browned.
