Salsa Chicken Nachos

1 jar salsa
1 can Rotel
pkg taco seasoning
1can black beans
1 c corn
2-3 chicken breasts
1/4 c chopped cilantro
Juice from 1 lime
Tortilla chips

Place salsa, Rotel, beans, corn & taco seasoning in a large pot. Cook over med heat for about 1 hour or until chicken is easily shredded. Reduce heat. Add cilantro & lime juice. Serve over tortilla chips with guacamole. (Can be served over rice, as tacos, or as burritos as well.)

This recipe can also be made in a crock pot on low heat for 6 hours.
